We are all feeling the impact of COVID-19 on our world, and it is challenging our business as well. We also see opportunities for us to improve our operations and supply chain to decrease backordered product.

I am happy to share that an internal team has been assembled specifically to address our challenges in backordered product.  

This cross-functional team represents leaders responsible for delivery of products. They meet daily to drive progress and urgency with our suppliers and operations around the globe to recover and deliver product to you as quickly as possible. No one can predict the future impact COVID-19 will have on our business or our suppliers. However, we are doing everything we can in regard to the things we control to decrease delivery wait times. While we have made good progress to recover, we still have work to do and will not stop until we are back to expected service and delivery levels.

While Your Bike Is In Our Care It Will Be:

  • In climate-controlled storage
  • Inspected for warranty issues or safety recalls
  • Placed on a battery tender
  • Given a stabilizer to prevent fuel condensation
  • Washed before returning to you - ask about our detail program
