"It was our first time visiting Mike’s Famous HD. The dealership in a former Coca-cola dealership is so cool! That in and of itself was a great experience but working with Will our salesman bumped it up even more. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. No pressure at all! This is the place to go to purchase your first or next Harley!" Overall Rating: Gary McGhee - Oakdale, CT

"I went in to trade my bike for something that better fit my riding style. I talked to Will who was awesome to deal with. Really cool dude, not pushy, and genuinely wanted to make sure I got a bike with everything I was looking for. He also made sure I understood the new bike's features, maintenance plan, etc before riding away. I got a great trade value for my old bike, and rode away with what so far seems to be the best choice of motorcycle I've ever made. The rest of the staff were very friendly and personable as well, willing to help with anything else I might have needed. Thank you guys for a great experience!" "The world is changing, and motorcycle dealerships are becoming more corporate and less unique. Large dealer groups frequently gobble up small dealerships and become monolithic and impersonal. I found this at other Harley-Davidson stores as I began shopping for my latest motorcycle. I traveled to Mike's because their location in a former bottling plant intrigued me, but I returned because the experience was positive, even enjoyable. I started with the standard internet wrangler Amy, whose sense of humor and forthright answers to my questions were refreshing. When I went in person, I was helped by knowledgeable "Dream Maker" Will Roy, who didn't pressure me as I looked at multiple motorcycles, asked many questions, and ultimately passed on the bike that brought me into the dealership. I selected a bike that I thought may have been too pricey, but Shirl worked through the numbers and gave me options that helped make the purchase possible. She was patient, tolerated my quirks and busting of chops, and didn't release the flying monkeys to cart me away. The owner, Mike, stepped in and helped when I needed assistance, giving me a great history of the historic building and the work that went into converting it from factory to dealership. Will took me on a complete tour to meet Todd in service, Cait in parts, and the friendly folks in motor clothes. A promotion allowed me to fit the bike with the accessories I wanted, and Cait went out of her way to gather part numbers and prices in record time. I enjoyed the process. I had fun! Nobody NEEDS a motorcycle, even if life without one would be bleak. Buying a bike and going to a shop should be fun. A customer should want to hang around (It's a nirvana-A building full of gasoline-fueled rubber-burning machines covered with shiny paint and chrome. They even have a tv, bathroom, and a coffee maker; do you need anything else?)I look forward to warmer weather, salt-free roads, and my next visit to Mike's." Overall Rating: Jason Henske

"This is our second time purchasing at Mike's Famous Harley Davidson. Both experiences have been phenomenal. Ron Allard was our sales rep this time around and made us feel so comfortable and unpressured while giving us so much information. He stayed with us through the whole process and was so cordial and the best host. This was also the second time we got to personally meet Mike. I highly reccomend Mike's Famous to anyone toying with the purchase of a motorcycle. The facility is incredible and so organized! Can't wait to #RidewithRon this summer!"
